  • Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are indicative only.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Products are shipped through approved logistics partners, freight forwarders, or customer-nominated carriers.
  • Shipping mode (road, air, sea, or courier) will be determined based on order size, destination, and commercial agreement.
  • Risk and responsibility may transfer to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms, where applicable.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are not included in product prices unless expressly stated in writing.
  • All logistics-related charges will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines provided are best estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, regulatory inspections, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be the liability of Vintera Flavors.

5. International Shipping

  • International shipments are subject to customs regulations, import duties, local taxes, and compliance requirements of the destination country.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring product import approval, regulatory compliance, and customs clearance in their respective countries.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Buyers are required to inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
  • Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to notify within this period will be deemed acceptance of the shipment.

7. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon dispatch or as per agreed shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
  • Insurance coverage, if required, must be arranged by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect shipping details, refusal of acceptance, or non-clearance at customs, additional costs incurred will be charged to the buyer.
  • Re-shipment will be subject to availability and revised delivery timelines.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
